Buy a supported living provider in the UK

The smallest care market here, and the one most often held alongside something else: most supported living providers also run domiciliary care.

Figures read from the register data as at 20 August 2026.

What the Care Quality Commission registration means

Supported living is registered with the Care Quality Commission as personal care delivered to people living in their own accommodation. The registration is separate from a care home registration and does not carry a bed count, because the accommodation is the client’s.

Why buyers look here

Long-term local authority placements make revenue unusually durable. A third own property, which is high for a service where the accommodation is not theirs, and those are worth looking at first.
